Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Amboseli National Park, Evening Game drive
On this 1st day of your 3 Days Amboseli Kenya Wildlife safari, you will be picked up by our safari driver guide from your hotel of stay in Nairobi and then proceed to transfer to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park which is at the foot of the highest mountain in Africa, the Kilimanjaro which can be seen standing majestically on a great weather day, is home to large herds of elephants which can be seen grazing lazily in the park. Once in Amboseli National Park, proceed to the lodge, check in and get to await your sumptuous lunch at the lodge. Relax at the lodge after lunch as you prepare for an evening game drive in Amboseli National Park. In the early evening hours, you will head out of the lodge to the plains for an evening game drive in Amboseli National Park. Get to encounter a variety of wildlife species that include large herds of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and so much more. After, you will return to the lodge, relax as you await for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Early morning Game Drive, Cultural encounter, Evening Walking Safari
You will go for an early morning game drive in Amboseli National Park for an opportunity to encounter even those hard to see animals like the leopards and lions as they return from their nocturnal activities. Other animals you are sure to encounter are wildebeests, giraffes, buffaloes, elephants and so much more. After, you will return to the lodge for a sumptuous breakfast after which you will go for a cultural encounter in the nearby community of the Maa where you will experience their local lifestyle and traditional dances and songs. After lunch, you will get to relax at the lodge as you cultivate your energy for your evening walking safari. The evening walking safari in Amboseli National Park gives you an opportunity to explore the park greatly and also encounter wildlife up-close, including giant African elephants. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Game drive and Bird watching experience, Departure
On this last day of your 3 Days Amboseli Kenya Wildlife safari, you will go for a morning game drive from where you will enjoy a bird watching experience too. Amboseli National Park hosts about 600 species of birds making it an important birding area from where keen birders can see a variety of birds. After, you will return to the lodge for breakfast after which you will embark on your departure to Nairobi. After lunch, you will be dropped off at your hotel of stay or to the airport for your outbound flight.
