Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and Transfer to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at 7:30 a.m., we will pick you up from your Arusha hotel early morning and drive 120 km to Tarangire National Park over a well-paved road. This massive park, which covers 2,850 square kilometers, awaits our investigation via exhilarating game drives. Amidst the stunning surroundings, you’ll halt for a delicious picnic lunch, followed by further adventures in the afternoon, witnessing famous animals such as lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, pythons, zebras, oryx, impalas, and over 450 bird species. Have dinner and overnight stay will be at your lodge or camp, which provides access to a swimming pool with views of Lake Manyara and the Rift Valley.
Day 2: Ngorongoro crater Drive and Transfer Back to Arusha
Following breakfast, you will go to the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the eastern side, you’ll see the spectacular Great Rift Valley, where elephants, buffalo, zebras, monkeys, and a variety of bird species wander free. From this vantage point, you can also see the crater rim. The incredible concentration of wildlife seen from the rim extends into the immense Ngorongoro Crater, which is recognized as the best place to see black rhinos and a spectacular pride of lions, including stunning black-maned males.
Thousands of vivid flamingos and other waterbirds line the lakeside or leap to the air in colorful flight. The area is also home to predators like leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, as well as different antelope species and smaller animals. As the late afternoon comes, you’ll say goodbye to the crater and return to your resort in Arusha, where we’ll drop you off.
